Power in the Pines III: Return of the Sloth - Event Rules/Weights
Axle/Log Press Medley:
Competitors will alternate between an axle and log implement, switching after each rep for a combined total of absolute reps. Competitors will have the choice of which implement they wish to start with. Athletes will be given a 60 second time limit. All women will use an 8” log, all men will use a 12”. Belts, wraps, sleeves, chalk, and grip shirts allowed. No tacky or gloves allowed.

Athlete will carry end of Conan’s Wheel in “Zercher” position in a fixed circle for distance. Belts, wraps, sleeves, chalk, and grip shirts allowed. 60 second time limit, no drops allowed.

Athletes will be allotted 60 seconds to complete a deadlift ladder of the following: Axle bar (from the floor, one rep), Texas deadlift bar (from the floor, one rep), and finish with car deadlift for reps.
