Max Deadlift:

The Max Deadlift event will be organized in a powerlifting style: three attempts (an opener, second, and third), you call the attempts (attempts will be reported in kilograms). Athletes will deadlift on a Texas deadlift bar with calibrated kilogram plates from the floor. Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete their attempt from “platform ready” being called. Two attempts will be allowed during this time frame.

Lift is successful upon knees and hips fully extended. Strongman-style deadlifts (hitching, straps, etc.) will be allowed. Deadlift suits will not be allowed.

Overhead Medley:

Athletes will be allotted 60 seconds to press a Log (x1), Axle (x1), and Viking attachment (for as many reps as possible), in respective order.

Vehicle Hold:

Athlete will deadlift a vehicle from a car deadlift frame and hold for max time. Time will begin once athlete stands with hips and knees fully extended.

Athletes will be allotted 60 seconds to load an Atlas Stone over bar for as many reps as possible. Tacky, belt, etc. allowed.
